Customize the customers' interaction with the 3D viewer and model.

Interaction Prompt

When loading the 3D model of your product, an animated hand pointer will initially display to prompt your customer to interact with the 3D viewport. In the app, this feature is labeled as 'Interaction Prompt.'

Automatically set to 'Auto', it can disabled by selecting 'None', or changed to 'When focused' to (?).

Interaction Prompt Style

Customize the animation of the interaction prompt by choosing between:

• 'Static'. Displays the cursor without animation (recommended for slow-performing devices).
• 'Wiggle'. Displays the cursor with animation

Interaction Prompt Delay

The displaying of the interaction prompt can be delayed by setting its delay value in seconds. Set to 0 If you don't wish to include the delay.

Toggle the 'Activate AR' option to enable the AR feature.

AR Placement

Improve the AR accuracy of the app by specifying where your product is intended to be placed and selecting either the 'Floor' or 'Wall' options.

URL State

The 'URL state' allows the browser to store all the customizations applied to the product by your client. This way, all changes will remain when reloading the web page or sharing its URL link with others.

In other words, the item displaying won't be the default 3D model, but rather the customized version your client has designed.

To enable this feature, simply toggle the 'Activate URL state' option.
